We take privacy seriously. We collect exactly what we need to do our jobs, build your assets, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.

Contact Us

Anonymity and Identification

You can browse our website anonymously. But to hire us, you must provide accurate business and contact details. We cannot build your assets, manage your accounts, or issue legal tax invoices without knowing exactly who you are.

What we collect

  • Direct Information: Your name, email, phone number, business details, and billing information.
  • Usage Data: We use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, Metricool, and tracking cookies to understand how our site performs. This includes IP addresses, browser types, and referral sources.
  • Excluded Data: We do not collect credit card numbers or sensitive payment methods on our website. All payments are handled via Stripe invoices or direct bank transfer.

How we use your information

We use your information for three specific reasons:

  • To build, deliver, and manage the web design assets and marketing services you purchased.
  • To communicate with you about your project, quotes, and invoices.
  • To improve our in-house resources and internal operations.

Marketing and the Spam Act

We will occasionally email you with updates, offers, or agency news. You can opt out at any time. We process all unsubscribe requests within five business days as required by the Australian Spam Act 2003.

Third-Party Subprocessors and Platforms

We build high-quality web design assets that you own completely. To do this, we use third-party platforms and tools including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Google, Hostinger, Python, Cursor, and Freepik. We share your information with these providers only to the extent required to deliver your services.

Artificial Intelligence Usage

We use AI models including ChatGPT, Anthropic, and NotebookLM to improve our development speed and internal resources. We follow OAIC guidelines: we do not intentionally feed your sensitive personal information into public generative AI models. We use AI strictly for structural coding, content generation, and technical problem solving.

Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfers

Some of the third-party platforms we use store data outside of Australia. By working with us, you consent to this data routing. We expect these platforms to uphold standard security measures, but we do not control their internal servers.

Notifiable Data Breaches

If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner within the legally required timeframe. If a third-party platform like Shopify or Hostinger experiences a breach, they are the responsible entity under the law.

Your Privacy Rights
